. The Bureau of Education Assessment with the assistance of the Division Testing Committee shall administer the English Proficiency Test (EPT) among Teacher Applicants on April 8, 2017, Saturday at 7:30 in the morning onwards at Dasmariñas Elementary School Don P. Campos Avenue, Zone III, Dasmariñas City.
2. The English Proficiency Test shall serve as tool to measure the English Communication Skills of Teacher Applicants and is one of the criteria in the evaluation and computation points required to qualify for the Registered Qualified Teachers Applicants (RQA).
3. Test takers are advised to bring the following:
• One valid I. D (and a photocopy)
• Pencil (Mongol #2)
• Sharpener
• Ballpen (Black)
4. A separate memorandum will be issued regarding the list of Test Takers and their room assignment.
5. Prompt dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
