1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 72, s. 2003 titled Establishment of the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) and Regional Memorandum No. 158 s. 2020 titled Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) Election Period, the field is hereby informed of the Division-Federated Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) Online Mobile Elections for SY 2020-2021 on March 16, 2020, Monday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
at Bulwagang Sigasig, City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
2. Participants to this activity are the newly-elected YES-0 Presidents and their respective YES-O Advisers. Participants shall bring smart mobile phones for the election proper and shall download the “VoxVote Live Voting App” before the said event.
3. School Heads are advised to make necessary arrangement to ensure that there will be no disruption of classes as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measure to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith during the conduct of this activity.
4. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against School MOOE subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
