1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 02, s. 2024 and DepEd Order No. 05, s. 2024, this Division, through the School Governance and Operations Division, reaffirms its commitment to enhancing the delivery of quality basic education by promoting teacher quality and welfare and ensuring a conducive environment for effective teaching and learning to thrive among all teaching personnel through the profiling and monitoring of teachers’ ancillary tasks.
2. In line with this, the schools are directed to accomplish the profile of the coordinators and designates for different ancillary roles in the Google Sheet until August 08, 2025 through this link: https://tinyurl.com/SchoolDesignate2025.
3. Further, the schools shall submit and upload a signed pdf copy of the lists of their school coordinators and designates following the template attached in this Memorandum (see Enclosure No. 1). The schools shall submit the document until August 11, 2025 through this link: https://forms.office.com/r/BVQvvL718X.
