1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 037, s. 2026 titled “Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Dasmarinas Associate Council’ Local Calendar of Activities for Fiscal Year 2026”, this Office informs all public and private schools concerned that the submission of the printed Application for Unit Registration (AUR) for the Dasmarinas Associate Council membership for School Year 2026-2027 begins from July 6, 2026 (Monday) to July 31, 2026 (Friday).

2. Enclosed herewith is the Dasmarinas City Associate Council’s Memorandum on the membership registration fees. These fees shall be collected and remitted in accordance with existing Boy Scouts of the Philippines policies and guidelines. Schools are advised to facilitate the collection and remittance of the corresponding fees in coordination with their respective School-Parent-Teacher Associations (SPTAs) and designated Scouting Coordinators and transact at the BSP Dasmarinas Associate Council Office, Ground Floor, Dasmarinas II Central School, Dasmarinas City.

3. In addition, pursuant to DepEd-DBM-DILG Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2017, which provides guidelines on the utilization of the Special Education Fund (SEF), and in reference to the support extended by the City Government of Dasmarinas, the Schools Division Office is pleased to inform all concerned that a total of P480,000.00 has been allotted for the membership fees of scouts in public schools within the division. Based on school population data of male learners, and considering the P50.00 membership fee per scout, a total of 9,600 scout memberships shall be covered and distributed as follows:
