In reference to DepEd Order No. 02, s. 2015 on Guidelines on the Establishment of Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education and DepEd Memorandum No. 08, s. 2023 on Multi-Year Guidelines on RPMS-PPST, this Office would like to inform the field of the timeline and performance management activities for S.Y. 2023-2024 RPMS Cycle for School-Based Personnel:

2. The Key Result Areas (KRA) and objectives in the Office Performance
Commitment and Review Form (OPCRF) shall be based on the domains in the
Philippine Professional Standards for School Heads as stipulated in DepEd Order 24, s. 2020 – National Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for School Heads.

3. In accomplishing the OPCRF, the following shall be considered:

a. If the school is involved in land title processing, outline objectives and
strategies in this regard under the relevant KRA.
