1. In view of recent adjustments in the Division calendar and to ensure quality appraisal of submitted SIPs, please be informed that the School Improvement Plan (SIP) Appraisal for SY 2025-2028, originally planned from July 28 to August 1, 2025, is hereby rescheduled to August 11-15, 2025. All public schools are expected to submit their signed SIPs in pdf format to ramil.villa@deped.gov.ph prior to the revised appraisal schedule.
2. The composition of the appraisal teams shall remain in effect, excluding Mr. Wilson Centeno, in view of his recent promotion. Appraisal assignments will follow the previously designated Parent Supervisors per cluster. All concerned schools shall be notified of their specific appraisal dates, modality, and venue in a separate communication.
