1. The field is hereby informed of the distribution of Kindergarten School Supplies procured by the City Government of Dasmariñas starting July 16 until July 19, 2024 from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm.
2. In this regard, all School Property Custodians (SPCs) are advised to proceed to the LGU Amuntay Warehouse located at Brgy. Zone III, Dasmariñas City, Cavite and look for Mr. Arjay Javier. Furthermore, School Heads are likewise instructed to assign additional staff to help the SPCs and provide transportation to expedite the receiving of such.
3. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum is desired.
