1. Authority is hereby granted to Edna B. Gabriel, Education Program Supervisor of Science, to conduct a meeting on August 15, 2025, Friday 1:00 PM at Bulwagang Sigasig, CSDO, Dasmarinas City.
2. Agenda of the said meeting is as follows:
a. Overview of Research Fair
b. Preparation and Planning
c. Status of Science Research Studies in Schools.
d. Expected Outputs and Timeline
e. Technical Assistance Needed
3. Attendees of this meeting are the Head Teacher, STE and STEM Coordinator, and the Junior High and Senior High School Science Research Advisers.
4. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face meetings shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
