The City Schools Division of Dasrnariñas will be holding a Capacity Building Workshop for School Property Custodian on March 29, 2017 at AVR, Congressional National High School, Via Verde Village, San Agustin, Dasmarinas City.
This one-day Capacity Building Workshop aims to:
2.1 provide school property custodians the necessary competencies – practical skills that are necessary for understanding the three (3) Phases of Property and Supply Management (Acquisition, Utilization and Disposal);
2.2 ensure school property custodians understand their roles, duties and responsibilities;
2.3 ensure school property custodians get acquainted on various Forms used in Property and Supply Management as prescribed in the Government Accounting Manual
Participants to this activity are twenty-eight (28) elementary school property custodians, eleven (11) secondary school property custodians and six (6) senior high school property custodians (Please see Enclosure No, 1 for the list of participants)
Participants are also advised to bring a laptop computer or tablet PC, extension cord, and pocket wifi per school.
There will be no registration fee to be collected. Funds for this purpose shall be charged to the Human Resource Training and Development (HRTD) Fund subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
