1. In accordance with DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015 tilled Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education, this Office
announces the conduct of survey to gather feedback on the implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) relative to the issuance.
2. In this regard, all division and school teaching and non-teaching personnel
are requested to complete the survey questionnaire in the Microsoft Forms using
the respective links below:
3. The deadline for responding to the feedback form google link is on or before
October 13, 2023.
