1. Relative to the provision of quarterly technical assistance and updates concerning property and supply management, authority is hereby granted to Ms. Jessica V. Grifaldo, Administrative Officer IV of the Property and Supply Unit to conduct a meeting on July 18, 2024, Thursday at 8:30 am onwards thru online platform, which link will be provided in the SPCs Groupchat. Participants in this meeting are all School Property Custodians.
2. Expenses incurred in the conduct of this activity shall be charged against local funds subject to usual government accounting rules and procedures.
