1. Pursuant to Memorandum OM-OUHROD-2024-1347 with the subject “Conduct of Online Survey for the School Staffing Study by IDinsight”, this Office disseminates the online survey questionnaire among school heads, teachers, and school-based administrative officers of the following schools:
a) Paliparan III Elementary School
b) Zenaida H. Gana Elementary School
c) Sta. Cristina Elementary School
d) Dr. Jose P. Rizal Elementary School
e) San Miguel Elementary School
f) Pintong Gubat Elementary School
2. All identified schools are requested to answer the online survey at their earliest convenience until August 9, 2024. To access the survey, participants shall refer to the following links:
