1. In celebration of Teacher’s Day, the City Government of Dasmariñas will be
hosting the 2023 City of Dasmariñas Teachers’ Day Celebration on October 06, 2023. Relative to this, the Dasmariñas City Teachers’ Chorale (DCTC) is requested to perform during the said occasion. Enclosed is the list of members to participate during the rehearsals and event proper.
2. Relative to this participation and in consideration of the limited time for
preparations, the group shall be attending the following activities:
3. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Hence, concerned teacher-members are advised to coordinate class schedules so contact time will not be affected.
4. In addition, expenses incurred relative to participation including traveling to the venues may be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulation.
