1. In an effort to increase public awareness and strengthen the Alternative Learning System (ALS) implementation, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas adheres to follow the schedule for the start of learning intervention in the ALS as mandated in DepEd Order No. 3 s. 2024, entitled “Amendment to DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2023, Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities for the School Year 2023-2024”.
2. Relative to paragraph 6 of DO No. 3 s. 2024, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas – Alternative Learning System (ALS) will conduct the ALS Mapping of Prospective Learners, Advocacy and Social Mobilization for SY 2024-2025 on July 22-26, 2024 in their respective assigned barangays. This is to ensure that the quality management system in the implementation of the program in the division is serving its purpose in strengthening collective accountability.
3. The objective of the activity is to determine the number of Out of School Youth and Out of School Adults who need basic education and literacy.
4. Assistance from the barangay on the mapping of learners is highly encouraged to help the implementers reach the prospective clienteles.
5. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
