1. In line with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Memorandum titled “Request for Publication in Newspapers of General Circulation and Posting on the COMELEC Website,” all concerned are hereby informed of its contents for their information, guidance, and appropriate action.
2. The COMELEC Memorandum provides information on the Calendar of Activities and the guidelines stipulated in COMELEC Resolution No. 11230 to ensure the successful conduct of the Special Election in the Fourth (4th) Legislative District of the Province of Cavite, Dasmarinas City, on 29 August 2026.
3. Enclosed is a copy of the COMELEC Memorandum, together with COMELEC Resolution No. 11230 and its pertinent attachments, for the information, guidance, and reference of all concerned.
4. All concerned are hereby enjoined to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Resolution and to undertake the necessary actions, consistent with the applicable COMELEC guidelines and existing Department of Education policies, whenever applicable.
5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum are directed.
