1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 583 s. 2025 entitled “Orientation and Coordination Meeting on School-Based Immunization Program (SBI) with National Immunization Program (NIP) and DepED SBI Coordinators,” there will be a face-to-face meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 9:00am-12nn at Bulwagang Sigasig, 2nd Floor, CSDO Annex Building.
2. Agenda of the said meeting are as follows:
a. Steps on how to enhance the implementation of the School-Based Immunization Program (SBIP);
b. Report by the City Health Office on the 2024 and 2025;
c. Accomplishment Data on School-Based Immunization; and
d. Issues and Concerns on the implementation of SBIP.
3. The following personnel shall participate in the said meeting:
a. All Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads;
b. Representatives from the City Health Offices (CHO 1-4);
c. GPTA Representatives; and
d. Division Personnel.
