1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will be holding a PhilGEPS Training Workshop on March 30 – 31 2017 at the Computer Laboratory of Congressional National High School, Via Verde Village, San Agustin, Dasmarinas City.
2. This two-day PhilGEPS Training Workshop aims to:
2.1 Adhere with DepEd Order No. 6, 2008;
2.2 Provide proper training and orientation on the use of PhilGEPS portal.
3. Participants to this activity are the twenty-eight (28) elementary and twelve (12) secondary school heads together with their key personnel to be assigned as PhilGEPS Administrator (Please see Enclosure No. 1 for the list of participants). Attendance is a must.
4. There will be a registration fee of PHP600.00 per school to be collected for payment of honoraria of the speaker. Meals for the participants and other expenses for this purpose shall be charged to the Human Resource Training and Development (HRTD) Fund subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
5. Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program.
6. Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
