1. Budget & Finance Unit will conduct the 3rd Quarter Coordination Meeting on
October 6, 2023, Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Budget and Finance Office.
2. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and coordinate various financial
matters, including review and Consolidation of 3rd Qtr Financial Accountability Reports, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
3. Agenda items for the coordination meeting are as follows:
a. Review of Budget Allocation: Discuss the current budget allocation and any adjustments that need to be made to ensure optimal resource utilization.
b. Expense Tracking and Reporting: Review the progress of ongoing projects and discuss the financial reporting requirements.
c. Financial Forecasting: Discuss the upcoming financial forecast for the next quarter and identify any potential challenges or opportunities Quarter that may arise.
d. Process Improvements: Brainstorm ideas for improving our financial processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency.
