1. In relation to the mandate of DepEd Order No. 26, s. 2022 on the establishment
of School Governance Council (SGC) to ensure that all public schools are able to
build functional SGCs, this Office informs all Junior High Schools, Integrated High Schools, and Senior High Schools to accomplish the 2023 SGC Functionality
Assessment Tool on or before October 6, 2023.
2. Attached is the copy of the SGC Validity Form and the link to be accomplished:

3. After accomplishing the link, scheduled onsite validation shall follow to review
discrepancies or deficiencies in the uploaded MOVs.
