1. Relative to a letter received from Ms. Marissa M. Mercado, Project Lead Coordinator-Luzon of the ProFuturo Digital Education Project, World Vision Development Foundation Inc., this Division hereby requests the participation of the selected participants (Please see Enclosure) in the ProFuturo Project Turnover Ceremony on August 04, 2026 (10:00 AM) at the CSDO Conference Room.
2. This activity aims to:
a. formally turn over the completed project to DepEd Dasmarinas and selected schools;
b. recognize the collective efforts of all those who contributed to its successful implementation; and
c. discuss the next steps for sustaining and moving forward the project with ProFuturo Spain.
3. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance with other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Thus, it is expected that School Heads should make the necessary adjustments to comply therewith.
