1. In preparation for the upcoming events of the Dasmarinas City Teachers’ Chorale (DCTC), all members shall attend the scheduled rehearsals beginning, Thursday, July 16, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, and every succeeding Thursday thereafter at the CSDO Bulwagang SiGaSig, 3rd Floor.
2. Attendance is a must. Enclosed in this memorandum is the list of participating members.
3. School Heads are enjoined to make appropriate arrangements in the schedule of participating members to ensure that classes will not be disrupted during rehearsal activities.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
