1. In consonance to the attached communication letter from the Philippine Red
Cross Cavite Chapter Dasmarñas City Branch, the Learner Formation Program under the School Governance and Operations Division shall conduct a face-to-face meeting on October 4, 2023, 1:30-4:00 p.m. at PRC Dasmariñas City, NCST Building, Pasong Tala, City of Dasmariñas.
2. Agenda of the said meeting are as follows:
a. Red Cross Youth Month 2023 with the theme, “UNBOUNDED”;
b. First Aid Seminar for Youth and Teacher on October 20, 2023;
c. Membership Fund Campaign;
d. Youth Volunteer Orientation;
e. Plan of Action for School Year 2023-2024; and
f. RCY Excellence Award by Year 2024 – Best RCY Council
3. Upon the approval of the concerned School Head, the following personnel shall
attend the said meeting:
4. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face meetings shall
be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing
guidelines.
