1. Relative to the implementation of Division Memorandum No. 477, s. 2026 titled “Institutionalization of Dunong Dasma as the Official Onboarding Program for Newly-Hired Teaching And Non-Teaching Personnel Of The Schools Division Office of Dasmarinas City,” this Division shall conduct the Dunong Dasma Orientation for Newly Hired Personnel on July 31, 2026 through this link: https://meet.google.com/wir-puvt-vac. Teaching, related-teaching, and non-teaching personnel who have not yet undergone any official onboarding program shall attend this orientation.
2. The orientation will be split into two batches. The morning session (9:30 AM-11:30 AM) is for those who have classes in the afternoon, and the afternoon session (1:00 PM-3:00 PM) is for those who have classes in the morning. Please note that both sessions cover the exact same discussion, so participants only need to attend either one of the sessions. Related concerns about the program may be raised during this orientation.
3. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Teaching personnel are advised to coordinate schedules to ensure non-disruption of classes.
