1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2022 titled Omnibus Guidelines on the
Regulation of Operations of the Parent-Teacher Associations, all SPTA Presidents shall attend the conduct of the Division SPTA Presidents’ Assembly on October 20, 2023, 09:00am at Sabang Elementary School Covered Court.
2. The SPTA presidents shall attend to the said assembly observing the following
reminders:
– wear in any white decent casual attire
– bring a copy of existing by-laws for submission to SDO (if available), and
– bring a copy of originally issued (2022) Certificate of Recognition issued by School Head.
3. In this regard, all SPTA presidents, through their respective school heads, are
advised to register online through the link: https://forms.gle/EKQFAXJve9oQ2Z7N6 on or before October 18, 2023.
4. All participants to this activity shall bring their own water tumbler pursuant to
Division Order No. 001, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas compliant with Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 9003), and City Ordinance No. 03-S-2012 entitled Ordinance Regulating the Use of Plastic Bags and Styrofoam in the City of Dasmariñas.
