1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum 35, s. 2023 titled “Reiteration in Revitalizing Boy Scouting in Schools”, the field is hereby informed of the Boy
Scouts of the Schedule of Activities from August 2023 to January 2024.
Enclosed in this memorandum are the following:
a. Division Scouting Schedule of Activities
b. Steps for BSP Membership
c. Steps for BSP Activity Proposal and Completion Report Submissions
d. Patrol and Crew Leaders Training Courses Pre-Registration Link
e. 18th National Scout Jamboree Forms and Templates
2. This memo reiterates the wearing of scouting uniform at least once a week by
DepEd officials and personnel including scouters and scouts in all governance
levels in the division:
a. Monday – Flag Raising
b. Friday – Flag Hosting
3. Participation to BSP Scouting activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s.
2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face BSP activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
5. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall
comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic
Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
