1. Authority is hereby granted to Miguel R. Melendres, Senior Education Program Specialist and Division Sports Officer (DSO), to conduct an orientation meeting on Thursday, July 23, 2026, 1:00PM, at the SDO Bulwagang Sigasig, 3rd Floor.
2. Agenda to this meeting are the following:
a. presentation of the Legal Bases and Purpose of the Division Screening and Accreditation Committee (DSAC),
b. orientation on the Roles, Functions, and Responsibilities of the DSAC Members; and
c. discussion of the Division Screening and Accreditation Guidelines.
3. The attendees of this meeting are the concerned Division Personnel and Newly Constituted DSAC Members.
