1. Pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 3, s. 2012 which establishes the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) to empower government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence, this Office hereby informs the field on the conduct of Division-wide Orientation on PRIME-HRM.
2. In this regard, select Division technical working group of PRIME-HRM and all school heads shall attend the in-person orientation on October 17, 2023, Tuesday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at Emmanuel Resurreccion Congressional Integrated High School- AVR.
3. Participants must adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance with relative existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
4. Furthermore, the transportation expenses of the participants shall be charged against local funds subject to usual accounting rules and guidelines.
