1. Relevant to Regional Memorandum No. 466, s. 2026, this Office informs the field of the administration of Monitoring and Evaluation (M8sE) Survey of the Early Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program (ELLN) program.
2. The activity aims to provide guidance on the objectives, procedures, and responsibilities of the Schools Division Offices and Schools in facilitating the participation of the identified survey respondents.
3. Enclosed herewith is the Regional issuance for full reference giving focus on the identified respondents (Kindergarten Teachers, Grade 1 to 3 teachers, School Heads handling Key Stage 1, Public Schools District Supervisors, and Education Program Supervisors); link of the online survey (https://bit.ly/ELLNsurvey); and the due date of accomplishments (on or before July 31, 2026).
