1. In consonance to DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2011 and DepEd Order No. 93, s. 2011 or the Mandated Programs, Projects and Activities and of the Supreme Elementary and Supreme Secondary Learner Government and Mandated Programs, Projects and Activities, Various Forms, and Targets Pertinent to the Youth for Environment in Schools Program respectively, and in appreciation of DepEd Order No. 22, series of 2023 titled Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2023-2024, this Division, through the Youth Formation Program-School Governance and Operations, hereby announces the conduct of PAMMATI: Learner Formation Leadership Caravan on October 16-20, 2023 via DepEd Dasma Online Learning Space (OLS).
2. This activity aims to equip the student leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills in managing their student organization in schools so that they will have the ability to help their fellow learners to become better members of society in accordance with the ideals and principles of participatory democracy and good citizenship. These activities will use blended modality on which they will unleash their leadership potential through a combination of face-to-face and asynchronous activity to ensure compliance with Increase Engaged Time – On – Task.
