1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 548, s. 2025, titled “National Assessment for School Heads for Fiscal Year 2025”, this Office informs the field that applications shall be accepted from eligible personnel who were not included in the official list of Batch 1 test takers for the FY 2025 administration of the National Assessment for School Heads (NASH).
2. Applications will be used in the event that any of the initially identified Batch 1 eligible test takers withdraw, back out, or are disqualified, priority consideration shall be given to applicants who have submitted complete documentary requirements within the prescribed deadline and have met all eligibility parameters. Said consideration shall be subject to the thorough evaluation and final approval of the Division Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO) and the duly constituted Division Technical Working Group.
3. All interested applicants are advised to submit complete documentary requirements to the Records Unit on or before August 19, 2025 (Tuesday), 5:00 P.M. Only submissions with complete documents shall be accepted. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained nor queued for processing.
4. All other provisions stipulated in DM No. 548 s. 2025 is still in effect.
