1 Attached is Regional Memorandum dated March 2020 titled Reiteration of DepEd Policy on No Collection and End of the School Year Rites, contents of which are self-explanatory for the information and guidance of all concerned.
2. In compliance, particular attention is invited to Paragraph No. 2. items a — c, especially for item d where Public Elementary and Secondary Schools’ graduation expenses shall be charged to the school Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) subject to existing DepEd guidelines. Under no circumstance shall there be any kind of contribution or fee for graduation/moving up/completion ceremony.
3. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
