1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 546, s. 2026, titled Administration of the 2026 Second Semester Career Service Examination – Paper and Pen Test (CSC-PPT) in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, this Office hereby announces the Official List of the Professional Corps of Test Administrators (PROCTAD), who shall render service for the said examination on August 9, 2026 (Sunday), including their corresponding testing center and room assignments.
2. Attached to this Memorandum is the Official List of PROCTAD. In addition, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) shall conduct an Online PROCTAD Briefing.
3. The Online PROCTAD Briefing shall be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. It is primarily intended for personnel who were unable to attend the face-to-face Seminar-Workshop for PROCTAD conducted on July 18, 2026. However, personnel who attended the seminar-workshop and wish to participate may also join. The online briefing link shall be sent to the official email addresses of all listed personnel prior to the scheduled briefing.
4. All listed personnel are directed to report to their assigned testing centers not later than 6:00 A.M. on August 9, 2026 (Sunday) and perform their assigned duties in accordance with the Civil Service Commission guidelines and instructions.
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
