1. In relation to the existing partnership by and between the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, Cavite State University and the City Government of Dasmariñas, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of Enhancing the Gulayan sa Paaralan in Dasmariñas City Project: Urban Agriculture Training and Action Planning on November 15-16, 2023 at Technology Demonstration Farm and STAARRDEC Conference Room, CvSU, Indang Cavite.
2. This project aims to enhance the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) of
Dasmariñas City to increase the productivity of the school gardens. Specifically, the training intends to:
a. Capacitate the 44 program coordinators;
b. Develop and implement action plan for the improvement of the school gardens; and
c. Formulate and implement strategies for the utilization of the produce of the school gardens.
3. The participants to this training are the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program Coordinators from the (44) Public Elementary and Secondary Schools in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
4. All expenses incurred relative to participation including travelling to the venues may be charged against available local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
