1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2014 or the Constitution and By-Laws of the Supreme Student and Supreme Pupil Government, the Learner Formation Program shall conduct a face-to-face meeting on October 18, 2023 at 2:00-5:00 PM at the Dasmariñas Integrated High School SSLG Office.
2. Agenda of the said meeting is as follows:
a. Preparations for the culminating activity of PagSibol and PagWilig;
b. Preparations for the Dasmariñas Youth Convergence;
c. Other activities for the National Children’s Month on November;
d. Programs, Projects and Activities of the Division-Federated SSLG;
e. Coordination of Programs, Projects and Activities of other Learner-Led Clubs and Organizations such as BSP and GSP for the Scouting Month 2023, Red Cross Youth for the RCY Month 2023 and Sports Club Culminating activities; and
f. Other Concerns.
3. Upon the approval of the concerned School Head, the following personnel shall attend the said meeting:
