1. Pursuant to the OUOPS Memorandum dated May 5, 2024, titled InterimGuidelines of the Learner Government Program (LGP) for School Year 2023-2024 and to ensure an efficient implementation of Learner Government Program, the Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) for SY 2024-2025, through the School Governance and Operations- Learner Formation Program, informs the field regarding the conduct of the Division Federated SSLG SY 2024- 2025 1st Executive Meeting on August 3, 2024, Saturday (9:00 AM-12:00 NN) at Conference Room, CSDO.
2. This meeting aims to discuss important discussions and planning related to the activities to be implemented by DFSSLG for the School Year 2024-2025.
Specifically, the agenda of the meeting is as follows:
a. Assignment of Committees;
b. Action Plan for School Year 2024-2025;
c. Sharing of Learnings from Learner’s Convergence Philippines 2024; and
d. Other matters
3. The participants in this meeting are the Division Federated SSLG Executive Officers and Division Youth Formation Coordinators (Enclosure No. 1). Learner participants are expected to submit the Parental Consent and Waiver Form attached to this memorandum to signify their confirmation of attendance.
4. Travel expenses and other incidental expenses of selected participants and personnel shall be charged to Local Funds, and other fund source/ s, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
