1. In conformity with DepEd Memorandum No.027, s. 2020 captioned above, this Office joins the Inter-Agency Council Against Child Pornography (IACACP) in celebrating the Safer Internet Day for Children Philippines 2020 (SID PH 2020) with the theme, Responsableng Paggamit ng Internet, SANA ALL!
2. In view of the foregoing, all public and private elementary and secondary schools are enjoined to include in their classrooms discussions cyber safety issues such as cyberbullying, online sexual abuse & exploitation of children, and digital citizenship.
3. The supplementary learning resources on Cybersafety developed through the collaboration of the Office of the Undersecretary of Legal Affairs (OULA) and its partners can be accessed through http://bit.ly/SIDPH2020.
4. Other details significant to the aforesaid celebration are provided in the attached DepEd Memorandum.
