1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 549, s. 2025 titled Monitoring of the Status of Approved Research Papers Under the Basic Education Research Fund (BERF) 10th Cycle, this Office, through the SGOD-Planning and Research Unit, informs the field on the conduct of Monitoring and Provision of Technical Assistance to 10th BERF Grantees in preparation for the upcoming monitoring of the Regional Office from August 14 to 29, 2025.

2. This activity aims to provide technical assistance and equip 10th BERF grantees with the necessary guidance to ensure the successful implementation of their research projects in alignment with the Research Management Guidelines.

3. The Senior Education Program Specialist for Planning and Research shall conduct the activity for the 10th BERF Grantees on August 22, 2025, at their respective school/s. The grantees shall prepare a pre-accomplished Monitoring Tool for BERF (see Enclosure No. 1).
