1. In the Division’s pursuit to track the academic performance and progress of learners and the status of implementation of the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP), this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, directs all schools to accomplish and submit the Quarterly Learning Outcomes Assessment Reports for SY 2025-2026.
2.Enclosed to this Memorandum is the template for the Quarterly Learning Outcomes Assessment Reports. The accomplishment and submission of the Quarterly Learning Outcomes Assessment Reports shall be guided by the following schedule and instructions:
