1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 619, s. 2023 titled Request for the
Provision of Spaces Intended for Emergency Accessible Polling Places, all schools
serving as polling places on the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections are directed to accomplish the online sheet on or before 12:00nn of October 20, 2023 via https://bit.ly/R4A_EAPP.
2. The online sheet inquires on the specifications of the areas assigned by each
school for EAPP which includes, but not limited to, the following:
• Tents;
• Covered Courts;
• Principal’s Office;
• Clinics;
• Library;
• Nursery Classrooms;
• Makeshift near the gate or entrance of the school; and
• Any spaces available.
3. In this regard, all SPTA presidents, through their respective school heads, are
advised to register online through the link: https://forms.gle/EKQFAXJve9oQ2Z7N6 on or before October 18, 2023.
