1. Pursuant to fostering holistic development among learners, the Department of Education underscores the importance of mental health awareness, responsible decision-making, and health-conscious lifestyles, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, through the School Governance and Operations Division – Learner Formation Section in partnership with the City Government of Dasmarinas – City Health Office, hereby informs the field of the conduct of an activity titled “Sure-V. I. V. E (Voice Inspiring Vital Empowerment): Student Leaders United for Strong Minds, Safe Choices, and Healthy Lives “ on August 26, 2025, 8:00 A.M. onwards at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmarinas.
2. This activity aims to promote holistic health awareness among adolescents by providing accurate, age-appropriate information on reproductive health, gender identity, HIV/STI prevention, and mental well-being, thereby empowering learners to make informed decisions and recognize early warning signs related to their physical and emotional health.
3. Participants in this activity are the Public Secondary School’s Learner Government Presidents, YES-0 Presidents, BKD + Presidents, RCYC Presidents, and select Teacher-Advisers. Participants are advised to confirm their attendance and accomplish the attached Parental Consent (Please see Enclosure No. 1), which shall be duly facilitated by their respective Teacher-Advisers and shall be uploaded to the given links below on or before August 25, 2025:
