1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 489 s. 2026 titled “Access to the Human Resource Development Division-National Educators Academy of the Philippines in the Region’s Compass”, this Office hereby informs the field, through the Human Resource Development Section, of the HRDD-NEAPR COMPASS (Comprehensive Online Management and Public Access Support System).
2. As stated in the Regional Memorandum, the HRDD-NEAPR COMPASS provides access to the following:
a. Programs, Projects, and Activities
b. Scholarships for Teachers and related-teaching personnel
c. NEAP-quality assured courses
d. Calendar of Activities
e. Gender and Development Programs
f. Rewards and Recognition Programs
g. RELC-NEAP Training Facility Calendar and reservations
h. Client Satisfaction Form
3. Schools are enjoined to access HRDD-NEAPR COMPASS regularly as part of their continuous professional development and information management practices.
Follow these steps:

b. Under the Announcements section, click the HRDD- NEAPR COMPASS
c. Accomplish the HRDD/NEAP-R Client Satisfaction Measurement Form.
