1. To facilitate the ongoing enhancement of benefits administration services
provided in this office, the division shall conduct GSIS Orientation at Dasmariñas II Central School-Library, October 26, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2. The topics to be discussed are GSIS Membership, Claim and Loan Benefits,
Collection Efficiency, and Employee’s Compensation.

3. Moreover, no registration fee shall be collected from the participants, while
food will be provided at the venue. Travel and incidental expenses relative to this
activity shall be charged to local funds of the offices of the participants. All expenses shall be subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall
comply with Division Order No.1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.

5. Enclosed is the list of participants in the above-mentioned activity.
