1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 010112 of Civil Service Commission (CSC) Article IX-B Section 3 of the Philippine Constitution mandates the CSC to adopt measures to promote morale, efficiency, integrity, responsiveness, and courtesy in the civil service as well as to strengthen the merit and reward system and establishment of government – wide Employee Suggestions and Incentive Award System, the field is hereby informed the Conduct of 2023 Search for Gawad SiGaSig (Sipag, Galing, Sigla) sa Paglilingkod from October to December 2023.
2. The activity aims to honor and recognize City Schools Division Non- Teaching
personnel who manifest profound commitment and remarkable service in their job through commendable and untiring dedication to their work.
3. Templates and division submission of nomination file can be accessed thru HRD HUB via depeddasma.edu.ph or cutt.ly/HRDHUB.
4. Enclosed are the Activity Matrix, Search Guidelines, List of Executive Committee, and Lists of Division PRAISE Committee and Subcommittee.
5. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Thus, it is expected that School Heads should make the necessary adjustments in compliance thereof.
