1. Anchored on DepEd Order No. 2, s, 2015- Guidelines on the Establishment and
Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System in the
Department of Education, specifically on Phases III and IV, and in compliance to PRIME-HRM requirements, this Office requests all public schools, through the L&D coordinators, to accomplish the electronic form on Schools L&D Assessed Needs SY 2022-2023 (Teaching and Teaching-Related Personnel) on or before October 27, 2023 via cutt.ly/HRDHUB.

2. The consolidated report shall be used by the School and Division Human
Resource Development Committee (HRDC) in updating the Annual Learning and
Development Plan.
