1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 534, s. 2025 titled “2025 Boy Scouts of the Philippines’ Proration of the Membership Budget from Special Education Fund Allocation”, this Office informs all concerned that the deadline for the submission of the printed Application Unit Registration (AUR) is hereby extended from August 29, 2025, to September 15, 2025.
2. The extension is granted to give schools ample time to process and complete their AURs, ensuring 100% compliance with the membership allocation provided, the submission of the SY 2024-2025 Accomplishment Report, and the SY 2025-2026 BSP School Action Plan.
3. School heads and designated scouting coordinators are reminded to coordinate with Dr. Jhonie Jeff I. Marquez, Division Scouting Coordinator, for proper facilitation of the submission process.
