1. In consonance to the letter communication from Philippine Red Cross Cavite
Chapter Dasmariñas City Branch dated October 2 and 12, 2023, and the meeting of the Division-Federated Red Cross Youth Council Advisers on October 4, 2023 re: the Calendar of Activities of the Red Cross Youth Month, the Learner Formation Program announces the conduct of this year’s activities with the theme, “RCY Unbounded” for School Year 2023-2024.
2. These activities are geared towards strengthening the capacity of our learners
in honing their 21st Century Skills in emergency preparedness and assist their
advisers for the school’s RCY Council membership, accreditation and formation.
3. Attached is the Calendar of Activities for the Red Cross Youth Council for the
City Schools Division of Dasmariñas for School Year 2023-2024.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
