1. In line with DepEd Order No. 50, s. 2025 on the conduct of the Learners’ Health Assessment and Screening (LHAS) for SY 2025-2026, the School Health and Nutrition Unit will hold an orientation for all public schools in the City of Dasmarinas on September 4, 2025 at Sta. Cruz Elementary School.
2. The orientation will be conducted separately for elementary and secondary schools as scheduled below:
• Elementary Schools – 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN
• Secondary Schools – 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
3. Participants are the following:
a. Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads
b. School Clinic Designates
c. Registered Guidance Counselors / Guidance Advocates (or Master Teacher)
4. The activity will provide school-based TWGs with a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities in implementing LHAS, including coordination, documentation, and safeguarding of learner data.
