1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 523, s. 2025 and Division Memorandum No. 046 S. 2026, this Office is pleased to announce and congratulate the authors of the successful research papers accepted for implementation for the 11th Cycle of Non-BERF Papers (CDREAM). Furthermore, the schedule for monitoring and implementation is hereby disseminated for information and guidance.
2. All successful proponents (see Enclosure No. 1) are now authorized to begin implementing and conducting their research studies. Proponents whose proposals were provided with feedback and/or comments for revision are advised to proceed with the implementation as planned, subject to the incorporation of the recommended revisions. Compliance with these recommendations shall be checked and validated during the monitoring and implementation phase.
3. The Schools Division Research Committee (SDRC) shall monitor the implementation of research activities from August to September using the Progress Monitoring and Technical Assistance Tool for Ongoing Research Studies (see Enclosure No. 2).
