1. Anchored on Regional Memorandum No. 260, s. 2023, which mandate the designation of Division Information Officers (DIOs) to strengthen communication and coordination between Schools Division Offices and the Regional Office, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas hereby announces the designation of new DIO and the establishment of Division Information Mechanisms and Guidelines.
2. To ensure all communications are aligned with DepEd standards and reflect accurate, timely, and relevant information, this Division designates Ms. Karen Lynn G. Macawile, Senior Education Program Specialist, as the new Division Information Officer.
3. Further, to streamline the flow of communication across all official platforms, including social media, websites, printed materials, and other channels, this Division appoints the following designated Division Information Correspondents in each functional division, responsible for filtering, validating, and endorsing official content prior to posting:
