1. For a meaningful conclusion of the 2019 National Women’s Month Celebration, empowered by DM No. 39, S. 2019, this Division will hold a Culminating Activity which will highlight the Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign to be sponsored by City Savings Bank on March 27, 2019, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the NCST Multipurpose Hall.
2. Participants to this activity are the Division Officials, Public Schools District Supervisors, Education Program Supervisors, Unit Heads, School Heads, School Clinic Teachers and School GAD Coordinators.
3. Registration and Lunch start at 11:00AM while the program strictly begins at 12:OONN. All participants are requested to wear a Purple Shirt as a symbolic support to the celebration.
4. No registration fee shall be collected among the participants.
